I just watched this auction end

The cel of Chibi Trunks, and Goten ended at 
$405.  But that is not what is interesting.  The 
high bidder was one of the same people that had a 
bid retraction earlier today on the Trunks and 
Gohan cel that is now going for over $2000.
The ID of the winner is "trunkslover69us".
The ID is new to eBay, and they have no feed 
back.  It looks there is a new scammer out 
there.  
Or I could be wrong and this is a new crazy 
collector.
