Before this thread rolls off the first screen and 
out of everyone's mind... ^^;

Besides what oion mentioned regarding Japanese 
banks, which would affect those deputy services 
who live in Japan but understand English and are 
willing to handle the hassles of international 
shipping, remember that Paypal also charges a fee 
for business accounts. Any deputy service would 
have to use this account and lose some money for 
each transaction. Another reason is that some 
people have had horrible experiences using Paypal 
and would not want to deal with them ever again.

Both of these reasons have been talked about 
before in the forum in situations not related to 
deputy services.
