I know this doesn't help the initial ack! factor 
when it pops up, but if you right click over the 
ad itself (at least in IE) there should be an 
option to turn off the music.  Won't help the 
next time you cycle through to the ad.. but at 
least you can browse the particular page/ post in 
peace.
