Hi, First off I can't read Jananese but have seen 
similar price offers on Yahoo.  

I have noticed that when someone posts a totally 
outrageous price it usually means, They use it as 
an attention grabber to get people to read their 
ad.  Then in the ad it says this is not a sale.  

It could contain information to their site or 
they post the picture and say I'm looking for 
this particular cel and will pay a lot of money 
to whomever can sell it to me.
