I'm near positive background #196 is from Vampire 
Miyu TV. . . It's from the episode where young 
girls were being kidnapped from the subways by a 
shinma. The background is of the shinma's hideout 
in the subway - the kidnapped girls were frozen 
and posed in the alcoves to the left.
