I just got back from Paradigm Entertainment in 
Berkeley (link is above), and am happy to add 
a second store in the SF Bay Area that carries 
animation cels.

Although their prices are a bit steep, and the 
selection isn't all that great, they do have a few 
moderately nice Tenchi and El Hazard cels.  (I 
was told that they once had the hookups with 
the AIC office, before it closed down.)

Anyways, it's too bad they don't post their cels 
online . . . .  Especially these really nice IRIA 
cels.

Onward goes my slow quest of finding cel 
shops in the bay area. . . .
