Yes,it's a classic. Hell, I dunno if it's really 
even anime, but WILL SOMEONE JUST GIVE MUM-RA A 
LOZENGE ALREADY!!! >< And I won't even get into 
the Mutants, or the little minions of Luna...

Of course, their are second runners up, such as 
certain DBZ/DBGT villians, certain Shin Tenchi 
Muyou villians, certain YYH villians...and, umm 
(please don't beat me to death with sticks, Utena 
fans)...TV version Akio. Of course, he's 
more "ugly (yeah, you heard me, I think he's butt 
ugly in the TV series! And I don't like his TV 
voice very much either) and frustrating" than 
annoying...he's a bit too sinister to be 
annoying.
