Well, for one, you can contact the person a few
times, get their contact information first-this
sometimes-oh wait, it always has a phone number I
think. I'd make sure they are getting your e-
mails too, to make sure. They stop communicating
with you, or you can't get a hold of them? That's
important too. Then contact Ebay and hopefully if
not too much time has passed, you can fill out
that form-forgot what it is called... You can go
to the Help section of Ebay or contact Ebay with
this and the information of the auction-the link
if you can't get a hold of the seller. If the
seller is reached, and won't give the cel or well
says they did send it-well this is why I've
learned to get insurance on a cel if bought from
Ebay or get them to add delivery confirmation. If
you did, cehck with that. That D.C. code they
give to you, says they actually DID mail the item
out. I'd get this, a bit more in S&H, and if the
seller won't let you get it, make sure they will
before buying from them. I've learned to take
these actions on an auction to make sure I won't
lose out. ^_^ Well, if you did reach them and
they made some lame excuse, leave something like
neutral feedback saying your cel never came-but
in a nice way I suppose. Are you able to reach
them and what do they say? That's important. I
bought a cel from a seller, and they stopped
communicating with me and have duped me and not
send the cel. I did get insurance too, so well-
hope I can get a hold of them to get my money
back. Depends on certain things. If they can't be
reached, then it might seem they are not legit,
if they can be reached and said they sent it,
then guess you can leave a neutral feedback,
nothing nasty, saying nice seller, but well,
never got cel or something. E-mail me personaly
with any added information and I'll try to help
you the best I can and I bet others here will
have some help as well. We all have been there. |
