I was wondering who that character was! ^_^  
There is someone on Yahoo Japan who has been 
(unsuccessfully) trying to pawn off a cel of her 
as a cel of Ifurita in "street clothes". (You 
know, in the memories Makoto gives her at the end 
of the 1st OVA.)

Beautiful cel!!! I especially love the look on 
her face and the light colors! ^_^
