Where/when is it?  The only convention I know of 
is the Big Apple Anime con in NY over halloween 
weekend...the guest of honor is the guy who did 
La Blue Girl.  *mmmm tentacles*... 

Yeah, I'm pretty out of the loop about 
conventions.  Sigh.
