What is the best way ie:
Scale, Resolution, etc.
To scan a cel?
I get these pixelization problems when I work 
with the image in photoshop.
Can you see them in Hitomi's hair?
Its not compression for web because they are 
there even at say 100k
I think its my scanner settings.
Any help would make me a happy guy ^_^
