Ok #1, recently I discovered that one of my cels 
was stuck to the drawing, so I separated them 
without any notable damage to the cel.  But I 
also noticed that on the back of the cel, there 
were like blue spots on the paint.  Anybody know 
what this is?

2: I've been noticing that on my cel bags, the 
plastic is kinda wavy where the paint on the cel 
is.  Have I been storing them wrong?  I have all 
my cels in a celbook which I bought online.

and finally: is there any paper that won't stick 
to the back of cels??  Or is is just better to 
have them in the cel bag alone?

Sorry if these sound like stupid newbie 
questions, but I gotta know.
