I got mine when i was in Japan in july & whist i 
did not find any cels i found cel books at my 
favourite 100 yen stores (who said recessions are 
bad?).

Ok so they are not perfect cel size, they were 
just those poly pocket folders. There was a range 
of sizes - A4 is too small (as all those who hae 
gone to normal stationary shops have discovered!) 
so B4 is the next size up.  Sure it does not fit 
perfect but waht the heck do u want for 100 
yen??  They are great for slightly oversized cels 
too!  & I also got a great big mamba one for all 
my huge cels.. :)

I was so happy that day!  My mistake was to only 
buy 5 in total.  Wasn't even enough for my 
present cel collection.  I shoulda mailed some 
back!

So if anyone is going to Japan take note or if 
anyone you know is going make them bring some 
back!

Otherwise try Assylum Anime for proper cel 
books.  They were nice enough to send me 2 with 
my cel order even tho i only ordered one.  I 
still love them for that... lol :)
