(Dragonball Cels)

For the past month my mother and I have been
trying to get an animation cel for my little
brother who has also wanted to join the hobby that
he caught from me :).  However It seems finding a
good cel at a reasonable price is almost
impossible, I have read several threads here
concerning the inflated bid prices on ebay, and
its true.  Whats worse is there is this one person
who has purchased about 20 cels in the last month.
 After again missing out on an auction I emailed
him and told him I would pay twice of what it went
for on ebay...finally I recieved a response of a
special discount on the cel 125.00 for a ssj4 goku
cel, that he bought for 53.00, which was one of
several.  He said that his is a big savings over
convention prices and will not sell it to me for
less.  I myself have been looking for a majin
vegeta cel, and it seems I see like the same 5
cels that no one wants to get rid of.  And thats
perfectly understandable, everyone wants to keep
their gem.  Or at least try to offer it to me for
500.  So in my final attempt I am asking the
collectors not the dealers, for their for advice.
 If anyone has a ssj4 cel that could make a new
collector proud, or a majin vegeta cel that
supports its price,  please email me.  I know most
of you don't have these sitting around, or if you
do, their really bad looking cels, of 2 inch
person etc.  But some may have one that doesn't
mean much to their collection..  Im willing to buy
for a reasonable price, or some older transformers
or magic cards that I could trade, please let me
know....  and thanks for taking the time to read
