Although it is not for sale, you can still enjoy 
it online!  This is the very first appearance of 
Uranus and Neptune in ep.1 of the S season, and 
Uranus is holding Rei's heart crystal.  I picked 
this up on Yahoo Japan for less than $100, and it 
is absolutely one of my favorite cels.  ^_^

Good luck hunting!  They do pop up on YJ from
