Hello everyone, I don't post on this forum that 
often, but I have a question that I was hoping 
that some of you can help me with. How long 
should be a sufficient amount of time for someone 
from Europe to pay for a cel that they won? They 
were going to pay by using a friends paypal 
account and I feel that I'm starting to get the 
run around since it has been almost a month... 
well in four days it will be a month.

Would it be a good idea to set a date on when I 
need to receive payment by that way it doesn't go 
past the dreaded ebay's limit on getting you're 
fees back?

I've dealt with people from Europe before and it 
has never taken this long, but I'm not familiar 
with the whole thing on how long a bank would 
take to accept a paypal withdraw. Any help would 
be appreciated.
