Hello,
  I won a rescent cel auction on eBay.  The 
seller lives in Japan.  Well, yesterday I 
received an email from "jpsupport@ebay.com".  The 
message was addressed to me, had a large amount 
of Japanese texe (Which I can't read) and in the 
middle was the auction number & name that I had 
won 2 days prior.  There was also a link in the 
email:

list.html

I clicked on the link, and of course it was all 
in Japanese too.

I was wondering if anyone has had an email like 
this sent to them after buying a cel on ebay, and 
what it means.  Or, if anyone can tell me what 
link take you too.  I think it is a help page by 
the URL, but can't tell what it is helping with.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
