I've heard from a couple people that Geocities is 
cracking down on this sort of thing. :/   Have 
you considered asking Yann for webspace? :)  He 
gives 50 megs for free... just an option if 
geocities keeps acting up for you.  So far I 
haven't had trouble, but if I do I'll be thinking 
about it myself.
