Hi Eric!
Well, I don't think she's as rare as some, but 
cels of her do tend to be priced higher than cels 
of the other senshi (especially if it's a nice 
shot, or she's wearing her visor or holding her 
mini-computer).  She was the most popular 
character in Japan, so I have a feeling that may 
have driven prices up a bit.
