I framed mine myself. But there is a very good 
framer in Walpole (about 30 minutes outside of 
Boston by train) who isn't far from the Walpole 
commuter rail station. I asked her once and she 
*has* framed cels before, although her main 
framing focus is needlework. She is excellent and 
I take all my needlework to her for framing. But 
do not expect inexpensive. . . I can pass on her 
number and store name to anyone interested.
