Hello everyone. My deal fell through on my 
Piccolo cel so I am taking offers on this cel 
until Friday. The cel is not stuck to the 
background. There are two layers that are stuck 
and there is line fading mostly on the left side 
of the cel. I can give more specific details to 
any one who asks. I have feedback on ebay under 
megsbb. I would be willing to take payments or to 
hold it.
