I love NDK!!!  For some reason, it just has a 
friendly feeling to it compared to other, huge 
conventions out there (ie Akon, Expo).  I don't 
really visit the panels much, but I've heard that 
there have been some panels at NDK that are 
very unique.

I'm just hoping the international guests can 
still make it in.  The director of Cowboy Bebop, 
etc, sounds like a really cool guy.

Cel-wise, I think Curt is the only person who 
will be selling cels there, but I am not 100% 
sure.  That means I might be able to save 
money. ^^  Too bad US Anime is there as well 
-- they always have too much stuff that I want.

Well, I hope some of you out there can make it 
to NDK.  I'm tempted to meet with some 
people just to see the awesome cels up close 
and personal (scans never do cels justice).
