Go into the archives and read some of the 
previous threads about their "bulk" cels. The 
most notable thing you'll need to know is that 
the bulk cels are basically all the picked over 
stuff they couldn't sell in the store.

This isn't conjecture - I wrote to them and asked 
about it. That was the reply I got.
