Ok, just was going through some cels at a site 
and one said "A-1 End Tomei cel."

Just wondering what is a Tomei cel or was it part 
of a name or something of the series? It was a 
Rurouni Kenshin cel btw...

I've read up on cels and such but have not heard 
that term before.
