It's not exactly on topic about cels, but since I 
DO have them on my website, and I figure a lot of 
people around here get a lot of traffic to theirs 
due to their cels... I have a dilemna.  

Ever since geocities started pushing their new 
member packages, they started severely limiting 
bandwidth on their 'free' sites, like, by the 
hour, so now my website's down half the time.  

I don't mind paying for space on a server, so 
long as it isn't too much, and am kindof hoping 
for at least 25 mb of space, minimum amount of 
ads (I don't mind the pop-ups nearly as much as 
the ones that embed themselves into all your 
pages--I find that to be in aesthetic bad taste), 
and a decent amount of data transfer given how 
art-centric my 'site is.  Oh, and I have no 
problem with just having ftp access to alter my 
site. allowing sub folders/your own domain name 
is a plus too, but not a necessity.

I've been on geocities for more than 5 years, and 
I've tried to switch, but I just couldn't find a 
server that was worth it, and now I'm going to 
have to =(

Any suggestions are welcomed, and I'll be sure to 
post the new address for everyone who likes 
seeing my newest cel creations.
