I'd have to say no. However, IMO, it is wrong to 
buy it with the intention to resell it at a high 
price. I offer my cels for the price I paid for 
them. It keeps things fair for everyone. 

I think I understand your dilema. Just yesterday 
I purchased that *oh la la* Hotsuma cel from 
JunkJungle. Today I see a cel on eBay that's on 
my priority list!  ;_;  Oh the pain that comes 
with this hobby!
