It's an intensely insane show full of crazy 
android kitties. Kuro-chan (from "kuroi" = black) 
is the black android kitty and the main character 
(with a gun mounted on it's arm). That's the 
kitty in your first cel ^^ The other cel is some 
extraneous characte I can't recall.
