In netscape, you can just uncheck java in the 
settings menus under advanced.  In IE, the java 
settings are under the security tab.

The images magically appeared when I hit refresh 
after adjusting the java settings, but now I 
don't see them at all.  (I thought it was due to 
java originally since the page had javascript 
protecting the images.) Considering it's 
geocities, I'd just wait several hours and try 
again.  I've seen it happen before for eBay 
auctions where the picture url wouldn't appear 
until half a day later.
