Well, I'm not a big Dilandau fan, but I think I 
can help you with Folken prices! :)

I've been collecting Folken cels for about two 
years. Most good face shots of him will cost you 
in the range of $400-500. Any flashback scenes of 
him (when he's young, fighting the dragon) will 
cost in the $575-700 range. Any shots of him with 
his black wings will cost $1200-1700 and him with 
white wings, if you can find one, will cost in the 
$1700 - $2500 range. Other body shots or B-C grade 
shots are in the $50-200 range.

And of course, I must throw in that I have a 
really nice of Dilandau on Ebay for a nice price
