I am so bad with remembering names, I sort of 
looked at the name and said: "Hmm. . . Maybe I've 
read it somewhere before."  But you're right, 
he's on Mangaya's blacklist.

It's because of things like this that I don't 
disagree with dealers keeping *careful* lists of 
people with whom they've had bad dealings. I put 
the "careful" part in there, since there's so 
much room for a good but personally flakey dealer 
to put up names for no reason other than you said 
something they didn't agree with. But in cases 
like this. . . It can be helpful to know. . .
