The only way to tell if it's stuck or unstuck is
by asking the seller, but deputy services like
Celga are much too busy to do this for you.
If you had Celga bid on this for you and there
were no counter-bids, then factoring in Celga
fees you should be looking at a little over $150
total for everything (including Celga fees and
shipping). This is using Celga's current
exchange rate.
But please, from now on direct all YJ questions
on the other message board that I recommended to
you. Folks like me will check it as well as
