Oh yes, she's a very wanted character. Her 
personality is priceless and she has very little 
screen time. Any decent cels you find of her will 
be very expensive. Ranma cels have been out on 
the market for several years now so most cels 
from the older series have long been in private 
collections. Those that have her aren't willing 
to give her up.
