To help prevent the spreading of things like
this. . . You should always be alert to messages
with attachments. ALWAYS ask yourself:
1) Who is it coming from?
2) Do I know that person? Did they say they were
sending something?
3) Is the message *written in* a style that person
uses? (IE: If the person always uses a certain
signoff, is that signoff used?)
4) What is the file? (.txt, .jpg, .exe, etc. . .)
Anything strange about a message with an
attachment should throw up a red flag, as well as
any attachment with a "false" extension (ie: if
it looks like: "filename.jpg.exe") or a name
completely unrelated to things you usually get.
If you are any kind of suspicious, check back with
the person and make sure they really did send it
BEFORE you open it.
And obviously, when in doubt, DELETE!
Thus ends my public service announcement. ^_^;

you should always click the little paper-
clip thing. . ." right after accidentally
installing the "Hot Paarty!!" virus on his
computer ~_~;;)
