Well... I could probably do it, but I doubt my 
fancel would match your cels in size without 
having them to work with as references.  It's 
tough to do exact stuff like that with just 
measurements, because in most cases even a few 
percentage difference in size will be painfully 
obvious.

But... y'know... since you DO have them... you 
could probably at least do the fence layer on 
your own with no problems...
