As TK stated above, you can do this to the 
restricted sites to be more selective. By doing 
so, you won't affect any other sites. 

First, repeat the procedure in the previous post 
for Restricted Sites instead of Internet. Then 
change the settings for Internet to the original 
settings. 

Finally, click the Sites button and add the 
following to the list of restricted sites:

http://*.animanga.com
http://*.cels.org

This also eliminates the popups, so it isn't 
suitable if you can't live without advertising ^_-
