I don't know, But couldn't hurt to post.

I'm just curious, The only one I've
found so far is ani-magic in the Sugarland area.

They don't have Cels in Katy and well.
They tend to be pricey on cels.(Like charging 
almost forty bucks for the same quiality cels as 
ones I've bought on E-bay for 20$ O.o;)

I haven't found any others though.

It would be nice to have a clue in and maybe find 
out if there are any other collectors in my area 
here.:)
