I bought a cel of Tomoe from this link:

I have paid for it but the cel is being held up 
at local customs #@$^&*! as I live overseas and 
mail has gone to hell since Sept 11.

Since I have not received my cel yet, I cannot 
vouch for anything (caveat emptor) etc. But there 
were some stunning cels still left and the seller 
was very responsive and polite.
