The moment I heard about the convention two 
months ago, I was sold.  I've never been to a 
convention before, but because this one has a 
symposium all Saturday, and because it gave 
me an excuse to visit my siblings over there, I 
knew I was going for sure.

But, considering that nobody else seems to 
be going, I doubt I'll be lugging my cel books 
all the way from Berkeley!

That's all right though, more room in the 
luggage for the return trip for all the wonderful 
junk I'll be getting.

(Geez, just found out that there's not one, but 
two anime events the weekend I'm in NY, here 
in the Bay Area.  It appears that Great America 
is having an anime day next Saturday.  
Sheesh, what bad timing to go romping cross-
country. . . .)
