I know what you're going through...I just bought 
my first home in July.  I had quit collecting for 
quite a while as we saved up for the down payment, 
and I even sold some of my nicer cels *cringes*.  
But you know what?  In the long run, the amount of 
money I got for them was insignificant, and I have 
to tell you that there were at least 2 cels in 
the bunch that I can't believe I let go.  Anyway, 
here I am, less than a year later, and I'm back to 
looking for cels again! *^_^*  I thought that my 
collecting days were over too, but you never know.
