Like I said, I don't think it's a secret. This 
has actually come up before and I think the 
consensus was not that Mangaya had intentionally 
blocked out Japanese buyers, but more that it was 
something to do with the server their page is 
on?? Does anyone remember where this old thread 
is in the archive? I'm too tired to look it up 
myself. . .
