Since I'm new at this, I'm not exactly sure how 
much a cel is supposed to cost.  I was wondering 
How much a cel of Van with Wings would cost me?  
Or possibly a good cel from Kenshin OVA?  I only 
have a genga a friend gave me, but would like to 
return the favor this christmas by getting him a 
cel of his favorite character, Van.  If anyone 
could help me out here I would appreciate it!
