I might have gotten it.  I've been looking for a 
Raiha cel forever, and that one was so cute...  It 
was an absolute dream cel for me.  I was willing 
to pay several hundred, but unfortunately I was 
second in line at Celga.  I still don't know if 
I'm the one who won.  It's agonising. ;)

Ooh, the suspense.  Flame of Recca is the series I 
collect most, and Raiha is my second favourite 
character (though in the manga).  Must... have..
