I'm so sorry to hear that someone has insulted 
you so.  But please, don't be discouraged.  It 
was obviously someone who has issues dealing with 
any kind of social situation.  I can't imagine 
the emails that commercial sites receive.  I know 
that when I am too late for a cel, I am 
disappointed, but it is not the owner's fault.  
It is all in timing.  And if I was not able to 
get the cel at the time, then I was not meant to 
have it.  

Just keep faith that not everyone out there is a 
jerk.  Actually, from what I can tell on this 
forum, the majority of people are kind and 
supportive.  Take care!
