Hi,

just to let you know, I also have some Toei cels 
with the cardboard frame and i have to tell you 
they are CUT on top and bottom :(
Just to let you know, before you go and maybe 
purchase it, let them show you the cel without 
the frame!!!
I've lately spend $300 on these two "Toei framed 
cels" and was very unhappy to see them both cut, 
plus there won't be no 
refund.....buhaeeehhhhhhhhh....
