Hi everyone, well, I got the most gorgeous cel 
today!  It was an early Christmas gift!!  Im so 
happy, dies!  But, the layers are really really 
stuck, I mean there is no way to remove them at 
all without destroying the cel completely.  There 
are these little oily bubbles though all over his 
face that look really nasty. I know the only way 
I've gotten rid of them in the past is by 
removing the layers and gently wiping them, but I 
cant do that with this cel at all.  Anyone know a 
way?  Maybe a blow dryer with no heat?  Help?

PS:  Yes this cel was very expensive for a side 
shot, but look at that face!  That face is worth 
so worth it, even if it's only half of it ^_^
