Question.
 has anybody had this happen to them. You have a
cel shipped by express on Friday. On Monday you 
check the tracking number only to discover that it 
supposedly has been delivered and signed for by 
you?! ANd you know thats impossible because you 
dont have the cel. I've already called the post 
office about it but, if anyone has had a similar 
experience; could you please enlighten me on how 
you handled it? I would really appreciate it.
