Faye cels have been going up in prices gradually 
during the past few months.  If you look at the 
recent auctions ended in Yahoo Japan.  For the 
better looking ones, the final bid are all ended 
up in several hundred dollars range.  Cowboy 
Bebop cels are definitely not cheap anymore.  I 
wished I bought a few more back in 1999, at least 
they were several times cheaper than now.
