The whole *point* is that they give you Canadian 
dollars. When you send an IPMO to Japan, they 
give yen. . . The assumption is that USD would be 
useless to anyone not in the US, which I realize 
isn't true in Canada, but still.

And also the risk of a private preson's letter 
getting involved in the whole anthrax thing is so 
ridiculously small as to make practically no 
odds. I wouldn't worry about it.
