Yeah, my view is that I doubt Achmed J. Terrorist 
is sitting on his throne in Afghanistan, laughing 
maniacally and wringing his wrists as I get 
anthrax, saying, "NOW THAT I HAVE INFECTED MISHA, 
TRULY I HAVE BROUGHT AMERICA DOWN! AHAHAHAHA!!"

Keep in mind that if you know who the package is 
from, the possibility of it being tainted it next 
to nothing. It's when you get unknown mail that 
you should be a bit suspicious ^^

And don't go rifling through any government mail. 
But one would think that's a norm ^^;;
