This is a cel of Trunks and Goten from the 
Tenkaichi Budokai episode 212 in the japanese 
episodes.  This is a rare cel of the two fighting 
since IT IS the only time they do fight as I 
recall.  This cel does not have a background but 
all the background is a blue sky and some 
clouds.  This was on ebay and had a buy price of 
700$ but I will let this go for $400 which is not 
that bad because you really don't see the two
